Delete your account

You can delete your FamPin account from inside the app at any time. Here’s how, and what happens to your data.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open FamPin and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Tap Privacy & Sharing, then Data & Privacy.
  3. Tap Delete My Account and confirm.

What’s deleted right away

  • Your sign-in account
  • Your profile: name, email and photo
  • Your current location, battery level and online status
  • Live tracking data
  • Your membership of every circle, so nobody can see you any more

Erase everything else

To also erase your location history, activity notifications, and any circles and places you created, email privacy@fampin.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my data”. We’ll confirm when it’s done, within 30 days.

Can’t open the app? Send the same email and we’ll delete your account for you.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a monthly subscription. Cancel it in the iOS Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then FamPin. A Lifetime purchase stays linked to your Apple ID if you come back.
